Probably it would be wise to either temporarily take down the website, or upgrade the PHP version to the latest. Due to https://cert.europa.eu/publications/security-advisories/2026-018
There are also errors in the header on: https://jpct.net/
(which is why I know this site uses PHP)

I guess this was caused by the update. At least can't spot any errors at the moment.
