Post by: riscbus on June 13, 2014, 08:28:28 am
I study jpct-ae now, but I am poor with module making... so I learn how to make module first

Can anyone tell me what is the best format for jpct? export from blender / milkshape etc

many thanks

It depends. I prefer OBJ over 3ds but there's no real reason for this. The best idea for jPCT-AE is to take desktop jPCT, load the file in any format you like and serialize it for use in jPCT-AE (http://www.jpct.net/wiki/index.php/Differences_between_jPCT_and_jPCT-AE#Performance_and_memory_issues.2C_serialized_objects (http://www.jpct.net/wiki/index.php/Differences_between_jPCT_and_jPCT-AE#Performance_and_memory_issues.2C_serialized_objects)). That would be the fastest and most memory saving way of loading models on Android.
