Title: Serious Help Needed[AR]

Hello Guys,

Am trying to create an AR app where I can display some model before Android Mobile Camera, I successfully loaded an Object(3DS), but am not able to make the background transparent. Am also tying to stack down the camera below the 3D model layer. But I failed. Someone Please Help me.

I saw that email, but I don't have anything related to this topic lying around in form of source code, because I never touched that topic by myself. Have you had a look at cefengxu's (http://www.jpct.net/forum2/index.php?action=profile;u=2965 (http://www.jpct.net/forum2/index.php?action=profile;u=2965)) threads here in the forum? Because he seems to deal with the same stuff and he obviously has solved at least some of the issues.

Thank you Sir, But I've tried it already, still i can't make it work. I need a Serious Guidance on this AR. I've worked with various AR sources but nothing is light weight as our jPCT library. I wish someone can help me by providing source of a working demo.

you need to coding basic on a ready-make AR engine , for example, the Vuforia ~ or the ARToolkit

But bro Vuforia needs Marker Right. And I don't want to use Marker and those stuffs. I just need 3D model in front of my camera without tracking any Marker. Is that Possible.

for such issue, you need to got a project which preview rendered by gl ;
and then , the render class could be easy to find , such as the onDrawFrame(),  onSurfaceChange();
at the end , you can inject the JPCT-AE into your code;

vuforia should be best , because you can search lots of tutorial about vuforia + jpct

and then , JPCT should be a easy way to inject the rendering code into the project~~
