is the JPCT AE supports .stl files if yes then please help me?
I would like to load .stl files. Can you please tell me how to achieve this.

No, I'm afraid it doesn't. You either have to convert it to something that's supported, like OBJ or 3DS or you have to write your own stl-importer.
