Hi friends how do I install Jpct on android studio. I guessing that im addding the jarfiles but dont I need the native files? And how do I do this?

Just make sure that you have the Android version, i.e. jPCT-AE. Your mentioning of native files indicates that you are using there desktop version. That version doesn't work on Android.
