Most noticable (IMHO): It has a loader for native libs to ease the use of LWJGL in an applet. With that, it should be possible to run a jPCT application using OpenGL in an applet without facing the troubles that it formerly caused. I haven't tried it yet, but it should work...

Not a jPCT related news. but i've written a simple class to zoom and rotate a bitmap using fixed point math. To be precise, if rotates the view to the bitmap, not the bitmap itself. Get a demo with sources here: http://www.jpct.net/download/misc/rotty.zip
