There is no such thing. A unit in 3D is whatever you think that it is. Just make sure that you treat everything the same. I tend to view 10 units as 1m, but you can easily multiply eveything with 10 and the results will look exactly the same.
It's reasonable to choose something that keeps your scene into a certain range of values to avoid accuracy problems though.
