Texture Alpha blending

Hi,
I'm trying to add two textures, one solid and one with alpha loaded from a Png file created with gimp.
I've tried all MODE_ blendings and cannot get the effect of just decal the second texture over the original one.
Any ideas?

That's because there is (was) no decal mode for blending...to be honest, i'm not sure why it was missing. Try this jar:
