binary Bones file. you can create it by converting Ogre3D or Collada files via provided scripts in scripts folder.
have a look at info page:

javadocs will also help

oh my god, It's cast me 3 hours to look for it in javadocs,
but ....I can't create it (eg Ninja.group.bones) ;
maybe you can tell the means,

there are scripts in the scripts folder as I said. they use JMEOgreImporter and ArdorColladaImporter classes behind the scenes
