Support / any future stereoscopic 3d?

Hey i am getting my first android phone and its also one of the stereoscopic 3d-without-glasses Android phones from Japan so I was wondering if jpct will support making applications in stereoscopic 3d for Android.  There are also upcoming 3d-without-glasses phones coming out in the US, one of them by LG as well as the Japanese Sharp ones are coming here to the US some time soon as well.  

*edit actually im not sure if the phone can auto convert to stereoscopic 3d or if app need to be made with the feature ill post here again when i find out.

Hello, when i make the collisionModels if i use a primitive, how do I know what scale and height to make the primitive.  Is there a way I can get the height and width of the model.  Also, there is no way to make a rectangle or other primitive using the dimensions  instead of height and scale?

*edit actually i guess thinking about it, best thing to do is probably just make a custom collision version of each model to be most accurate?

I tried out the MVC method and it works, my collision detection does not lag and my "real" world can have alot of polygons to have good lighting while the "fake" world is low polygon.  However, I am still interested in knowing if theres a way to make objects block light, is the only way with these Shader things?

ok thanks i think the polygon thing is the problem.  I increased my polygon and i can see the ground get lighted.  However, it seems my "enemies" lag the game whenever they move now, with more polygons, collision detection takes longer to do??  Perhaps in this case then your mvc (what does this stand for) method might be the best idea, have a duplicate world where all the objects are just basic primitives (essentially have 2 .obj files for each "level") without many polygons and use that for collision detection and then move all the stuff in the real world along with them?  Collision detection should be fast this way since the real world high-poly stuff will be Collision Mode None right, or will they still slow it down just for existing?

Also are shaders easy to use [if I don't know anything about them] or do I have to do a bunch of stuff to get them working, and also is shaders the only thing that makes it so light can be blocked by an object?





btw this is unrelated, but every now and then when i start my program i get this error do u know what it can be, I think I only started getting it after i got SoundSystemJPCT which also required me to update lwjgl although I still havn't actually gotten SoundSystem working, so I don't know if SoundSystem or lwjgl is causing this.

Hello, do you know why the ground in this screenshot doesn't seem to be affected by the lighting?  Its part of the same .obj file as the rock which seems to be affected by the lighting.

Hello what does this mean?

That is what I get if i just initilize the SoundSystemJPCT and then try to play the sound.

If I try to initialize the SoundSystemJPCT using the SoundSystemLoader I get this error when trying to play the file:

I'm not sure on the count, I downloaded them from the internet, but anyway thanks for the good idea.  So do I make a new object and add a child and set visibility to false?  Actually which one should I make the child, the visible one?  What do you mean toggle visibility before and after collision detection, what is the reason to toggle it back and forth? Cant you just have it invisible forever and use those as the collision object while the visible models are set to Collision None .

hello, i can use collision detection elipsoid but when 2 animated character models touch each other the game becomes really low fps.  Is there any way to prevent this?
Is there a way to make it so their physical collision box will act like a cube or something instead of their actual model?
Or do I need to use ray-polygon and prevent the characters from touching each other?  Also, if that is the case, does ray polygon function different than elipsoid, because for some reason ray polygon lets me walk through some walls that elipsoid does not let me walk through.
