Hello,

My friend writes a PhD Dissertation at Faculty of Management and Social Communication at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland. He is looking for programmers working in different countries and different cultures and he would be very thankful if You could help him with research by filling in the online questionnaire: http://www.survey.k-informatix.com/survey.php?code=ad0234 (http://www.survey.k-informatix.com/survey.php?code=ad0234) and/or share this post among Your colleagues.

The research is on organizational culture and its connection to a burnout syndrome and should not take more than 15-20 minutes.

Did it. It's a great survey that contains some very good questions...it made me think about why the heck i'm working there...i think it's because of the money... ;)

Thanks :) Konrad will share the results with pleasure when he finishes his work, which will happen approximately after about 200 more questionaries filled in  ;)

Well I also filled it in some time ago and think that money part is quite a bit important thing related to my satisfaction of current job ;)
