Hello, which tool can convert fbx files to bones support file format (Ogre3D )? Is there have a complete document to point out that how to translate model file to Bones need file ? Thanks a lot :)

you could use Miklkshape and the ogre plugin , also blender may work but i didnt research about a ogre plugin, after that you must use the tools in the bones api to converted to .bones.
I didnt found my self a good workflow for creating animation and converting to bones, i think i have more control over keyframe animations so its the one i use :P, not that fancy, not that bad

I never converted from fbx..but I suppose 3ds max + OgreMax plugin will do the job.

Can blender export Ogre format ?

with some plugin yes. I didnt do that ever but some people of community did and there is a wiki page for that.
