Bump Mapping-HelloShader
« on: April 26, 2014, 09:32:24 pm »
Hi,

I have tried the Hello Shader Example. its quite impressive.

My Question is: How have you created Normal Map and Height Map.?

I am using CrazyBump But I am not able to get the effects as you have given in HelloShader example.
I Used CrazyBump with diffuseMap of HelloShader. Then put the images in HelloShader and Lost all the effects.
Please tell me how do you create Normap Map and Height Map.

Thanks.

I used shadermap CL, a free command line version of shadermap. I used the normal map that it generated and a blurred version of some of the others, i think it was the diffuse one, but i'm not sure on that... but you'll notice it when you see it.

Thanks You So Much.

I am going to try it. Major Problem was because of normal map. I'll see the HeightMap later.
I'll let you know my results.

Thanks Again.

Hi,

I have tried ShaderMap CL Command Line tool. Jpct ShaderMap Example works better with shaderMap CL Tool output. Thanks.
