Sure i could...the question is more: will i do... :wink: To be honest, this is low on my priority list because there are already enough common formats supported IMHO. How about taking an existing loader for another engine and/or in another language yourself and port it to be used with jPCT. I would be more than thankful for any contribution.

I wrote my own .obj reader which just reads the geometry with no texture data if you want. I have to make it work with JPCT but that should only take me a few minutes once I get used to JPCT.
