I have finally created a good / textured level and as the camera moves throught it (fps) the
distant objects are not there and the walls and floor appears in front of you as you
move throught it. I know its something simple but I just cant find it.

Do you a screen shot? Maybe the far clipping plane (http://www.jpct.net/doc/com/threed/jpct/Config.html#farPlane (http://www.jpct.net/doc/com/threed/jpct/Config.html#farPlane)) is set too low or you are using an inappropriate fog setting for that level?
